Art of living
Art of living is an organization in Mauritius offering programs in self-development, meditation. You can join anytime for even one session only where you will learn about breathing exercises, different asanas (poses) and how to meditate. They also conduct workshops and silent retreats where you can have a very peaceful time. The centre is located in Curepipe.
Sannyasa Wellness and Spa
Sannyasa wellness is found in the North, most precisely in Trou aux Biches offering the following services:
The wellness centre provides you with a place to stay in your booking package: a private double room or two-bedroom with an air conditioner and open kitchen. A continental breakfast is provided in the mornings. You can also get airport transfers to the wellness resorts.

Daily Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation Therapy are conducted from Mondays to Fridays on the Trou aux Biches beach and in the studio.

If you are in the centre, Yogashala is the place to be for a completely blissful experience. The classes are run by one person dedicated to the essence of yoga. It is a small studio and is perfect for beginners who want to learn. Sessions are held in Curepipe and in small batches so as not to overcrowd the space.
